Manifestations of the creative mind.
Based in Victoria, Australia, Annabelle is an emerging artist specialising in oil painting and graphite work. She is influenced by traditional portraiture and landscape as well as contemporary work by more modern artists such as Cuong Nguyen, Andrew Tischler, Kelsey J Beckett and Cesar Santos. She finds her inspiration in the sky, the open air and in people’s faces. Having been involved in successful group and solo exhibitions, Annabelle hopes to exhibit in galleries across the world and expand her career, refining her skillset and eventually mastering Fine Art. Annabelle paints for the joy of painting with a fascination for the process of transforming a surface into an image built from the illusion of colour and light. Outside of her art, she is a psychology student, an avid Legend of Zelda fan and lives with her husband and tribe of four cats. And yes, it is a nightmare getting all that cat fur out of her varnish!
